The English Premier League have announced the fixtures for the 2007/08 season. Unfortunately we're not permitted to show them on the site without a license, but full details are now available from the Premier League website at:

There are a few interesting stories:
Bolton v. Newcastle - Big Sam returns.
Arsenal v. Fulham - London derby-ish
Reading v. Chelsea - Return of Sidwell.
Liverpool v. Chelsea - Always big
Man City v. ManU - Hopefully they catch the red devils in the midst of a slow start.
Yes it's always strange how the fixture computer seems to plot the return of a recently departed player or manager the moment he's left his old club!
Should be interesting to see how Allardyce and Sidwell get treated...
It would be one thing if the teams merely played each other, but it's all too convienent having Big Sam's return to the the Reebok and Sidwell's return to the Madejski.
If they really wanted to put the fix in, they should have waited until late July to see if Berbatov, Henry, et al. move within England. Then there could be nothing but revenge matches for the first week or two.
The one game I didn't want first for the Spurs, is first for the Spurs.
What would they actually do to you if you printed the fixtures?
Well let's put it this way - I DID print the fixtures for the first few weeks of the season on this very article... until earlier this week when I received a pleasant little email from a man representing the Premier League.
He informed me that I needed to buy a license if I wanted to reproduce more than one fixture on this site (as is the case for everyone), so I speedily obliged by removing the offending details right there and then.
Strangely he didn't say what the punishment would have been if I hadn't have done so. Maybe I'd have been forced to watch a DVD of Neil Warnock's greatest post-match interviews or something...
