...and the same Paul Robinson for Leeds v Sheffield Wednesday too.

Also, Peter Enckleman for Villa against Birmingham.

Look - and see how appreciative the fan who ran onto the pitch was...

From Italy: Michelangelo Rampulla 1992 vs Atalanta, Amelia Livorno's keeper who got a goal in Champions League against Belgrad on 2006 and even Massimo Taibi got a goal against Udinese in 2001

Wasn't that Paul Robinson's second career goal? I think he scored for Leeds in a League Cup game against Swindon with his head a few years back!

Hi Marco... are you a fan of Italian football? If so, who do you support?

You're quite right, Adam. It was Paul Robinson's second goal. It seems he's a bit prolific as goalkeepers go!

I'm pretty sure Sevilla's goalkeeper Andres Palop scored in injury time of the second leg match to level the score against Shaktar Donetsk (in the round of 16) and send the game to extra time, Sevilla eventually going on to win the UEFA Cup.

Quite a valuable goal by Palop, by the sounds of it!

Jens Lehmann, for Schalke against Borussia Dortmund. Local rivals Borussia Dortmund, even. Who he then went on to play for. A German friend of mine says they never really forgave him...

That's gotta be the best one yet, Abby! Scoring a goal when you're a goalkeeper is one thing, but doing it against your future club is nothing short of classy, I must say!!!

By the way that was Paul Robinson's 2nd goal....

(Yes I read the other comments too, just didn't want you to forget)

Yeah, Abby is right, this is a classy one. But Lehmann first left Schalke for AC Milan and then, after failing there, moved on to Dortmund. By the way, there is another special thing about Lehmann: In 2003 he was sent off with a second yellow card for a clash with his own teammate Marcio Amoroso. In this game Dortmund was playing against ... tadaa!!! ... Schalke.

Wrexham`s present goalkeeper Gavin Ward once scored for his team when he was playing for Tranmere. Another one to add to the list.

Can't believe Jose Luis Chilavert is not mentioned...

Now you come to mention it, neither can I! Thanks for the suggestion!
